The Famous Sports, Basketball and Soccer

Both basketball and soccer are sport which use the ball to play, but they have many differences. Soccer is played with foot and leg. Meanwhile, basketball is played with hand. These two sports are very famous on many countries. Basketball is very famous on United States. On the other hand, soccer is very famous in European countries such as United Kingdom and Spain.

Both basketball and soccer are played with time-based game-play. The basket ball time play is 4 x 10 minutes. There is a 10-minutes time break each quarter. However, soccer time play is longer than basketball. The Soccer time play is 2 x 45 minutes. There is a 15-minute half-time break between two periods. Also, there is an additional time called injury time, usually 1 to 3 minutes after main time-play finished.

Both soccer and Basketball use many kind of tactics on their game.  Soccer field arena size is 120 meters x 75 meters, and soccer usually played on grassy field. A soccer team is consist of 11 players. On the other hand, basket ball court area is 26 meters x 14 meters. Basketball usually played on wooden or concrete surface. A basket ball team is consist of 5 players.

A soccer player who touched the ball by hand will be given the penalty. On exception, only keeper who allowed to touch the ball with hand. If a team is given penalty, the opponent’s team will be given a free shot depend on where they did the infraction. On the other hand, all basketball players who touched the ball by leg or foot will be given a penalty. If a team is given penalty, the opponent’s team will given 2 free shots that counted 1 point each goal.

            Basketball and soccer have some similarities and differences. On basketball, usually a team scored up to 100 points or even more in one game. On the other hand, in a soccer game, a team usually only scored 1 to 4 points each game even the time-play is longer than basketball. The most famous basketball language is NBA, American basketball federation. Both basketball and soccer are good sport to play, but you have to have at least a team to play.

 Lovely Friendships

We have a lot of friends. All of them are have their own differences. It is a proper thing that we all know. That is because all of us are created in differences. They have their own habit, personality, and characteristic. With all of that difference things we must realized and accepted all of it.

I have a good friend with a unique style. She has a good personality. She is very talkative and can not be quiet in every situation. I know her habit, all of her habit. She always snoring while she is sleeping. She also has a bad habit that I hate it so much, she never comes on time when we have an appointment. She has a big body, but she is so cute. She has a beautiful straight black hair.

I have the other friend that are very different with my friend that I have told you before. She is Gina. She is uncommunicative person. She always calms in every each situation and condition. I have known her for 7 years. She always sleeps in quietly and always comes on time when we have an appointment, to make an quality time together. She is very beautiful. She has slim body and beautiful short curly brown hair.

For my two friends that I have described, I really really love them, so much. I think, both of them are good friends with their own way. They have their own habit and many others that make them are different each other. No matter how badly they are, constantly they are my lovely friends. We can not ask and change them, to become the other person that are not theirself. Just know, I will never lose them in the best moment.

As a friend we should accept all of the lack and positive things of our friends. However, in a friendship the true best friend will always support us in each condition. They will always be there for us in our up an down no matter what. Friendship is real, it does not lie, cheat, pretend, hurt, or make us feel unwanted. It is supposed to be a cure to all our worries. In the end, we will only learn who our true ones friends are.

Car or Motorcycle?

          In this era, any kind transportation that can help the people to go somewhere.For example, Car and Motorcycle. It can help easly to the people, because when they feel tired to walk, they can bring Car or Motorcycle to going there. But, any different with the Car and Motorcycle.

            Car is one kind of transportation that have four or more wheel (always even). It is have big body that can save anything easly, for example when the people would bring table, the bag clothes or etc it can bring it with the car.Than the car have a big baggage. Any some various about the car, but usually in a car have a two more seat. It’s mean that the car can bring two or more people, than the car can help easly to the family that will go together. But, besided that the car can help easly, car havea expensive price I think. It’s start from fifty million.

            Motorcycle is other kind of transportation. Usually the people use the motorcycle to go near place, because it is a simple transportation. Motorcycle have a small body than a car, it’s mean that the motorcycle just can to use with two people. Or, if more than two people exactly to the children. Although motorcycle is a simple transportation that have two wheel, but when the people use motorcycle they must use helmet to savety. Than, motorcycle just have a little baggage. Usually in under the seat. But, to family that need to have a vechile transportation, motorcycle is suggest to you because motorcycle have price start from ten million.

            I think both of transportation are very helpful easly to the people that can go somewhere or bring something without walked. When the people use it, they can abridge the time. Or maybe they can come to be on time when go the place.

            In conclusion, its all depended the people, they enjoy to use car or motorcycle. Because both of it has positive and negative side. From the use, price, body and etc. And the car and motorcycle is very helpful to the people as transportation.

The way of Mediteanean Diet and OCD Diet

            Diet is the process to obtain the life of healthy and the changes in the form of the body. One of the diet that many carried out by the people of Indonesiais OCD diet. And the people outside pf country usually doing the Mediteranean diet. Maditeranean diet have many different food with OCD diet. About cost of Mediteraneana and OCD diet is very different. 

            OCD diet usually free to eat anything, the origin is still a certain hours. Althogh free to eat anything, Deddy Cobuzier suggest to nor greedy. Different with mediteranean diet. The mediteranean diet is way of eating based on the traditional foods and drink of the country surronding the mediteranean sea. Mediteranean diet yet healthy and delicious dishes, like fluffly pancakes, chipea salad and etc. 

            The first people doing the OCD diet and mediteranean diet. OCDdiet is the easy way to lose weight is the first time that was introduced by Deddy Cobuzie, some of diet is turture dufferenta with OCD diet that made the first time by Deddy Cobuzier. While Mediteranean diet is the first cobducted by Europe people by Dr. Walter Willet of Huruard University's school of Public Health in the mid-1990's, and one of the man explanations is thought to be the large amount of olive oil used in the Mediteranean diet. 

            The different price about OCD diet and Mediteranean diet. OCD diet is the diet is fairy easy, and much not issue cost of expensive. Because OCD diet could eat anything food or long as the right time. While mediteranean diet requires a lot of costs.             When have over weight, especially woman, must concidering about the kind of food, the time and choose the natural and healthy food. Tapak Suci and Merpati Putih Martial Art: Explore the Meaning

Martial arts are cultural heritage that have been known in the world since 6^th BC. According to Theology or scientific, martial arts appeared first time in India. The martial arts were brought by someone named Damma in mission to deploy Buddhist. This theory had been proven by discovery of temple in China, the temple was built by Damma Taishi in 520 before BC. One of part from martial arts there are Tapak Suci and Merpati Putih. Both of Tapak Suci and Merpati Putih are good for everyone, but the function depends on three aspects, there are movement, uniform and ideology. Below is the explanation of the three aspects that differentiate between Tapak Suci and Merpati Putih.

First, Merpati Putih is a development of traditional dance at the time of Mataram kingdom. This martial art is created to protect the Mataram society especially for woman. Therefore, the movements of the Merpati Putih martial art is characterize a woman. The movements on the Pencak Pilat Merpati Putih also activate all the human body that equipped with “olah nafas”. The function of “Olah Napas” is to increase the human energy inside of human body that is called “Eter”. Second, the uniform of Pencak Silat Merpati Putih consists of three colors. Red and white as the color for the shirt, and black is for the pants. Red means courage and white means purity. Third, Merpati Putih martial art ideology is affiliated to the nationalism. Specifically, ideology of Merpati Putih martial art also derives from the name itself. Merpati Putih is abbreviation of “Mersudi Patitising Tindak Pusakane Titising Hening”, it means that an athlete of Merpati Putih must do everything calmly to find the right way.

Tapak Suci is a martial art that is created in ancient times by religious denominations. There are three aspects in Tapak Suci martial art. It is rather different with Merpati Putih martial art, but they have similarities between them. First, Pencak Silat Tapak Suci is adopted the animal name and animal movement. In general, Tapak Suci movements are similar with other martial arts movements. This is proven from some kicks or punches that same with other martial arts. Second, Pencak Silat Tapak Suci consists of two colors. Red and yellow are combined with the shirts and pants. Third, Ideology of the Tapak Suci martial art is more affiliated to a religious direction. The purpose of the Tapak Suci ideology is to protect their religion.

When I become a student at Tidar University, I confuse to choose the martial arts that I will participate. Martial art is my hobby since I am at junior high school. I had been ever joined Tae Kwon Do martial art for 4 years. I choose Merpati Putih because Merpati Putih is original from Indonesia. Actually, Both of Tapak Suci and Merpati Putih martial art have a purpose and strong ideology. However, I am a nationalist, I also choose Merpati Putih as an appreciation for the Indonesian cultural.

Pencak Silat is a human work that is packed with wonderful moments as a reminder of the services of Indonesian hero. Pencak Silat or other martial arts are part of cultural heritage. Therefore, martial arts have been created as a controller for human behavior. When we decide to learn the martial art we must consider the aspect such as movement, uniform, also ideology or the purpose of the martial art that we join, because great significance sometimes seen in small things.
